Bishop Freddrick Hardy, Sr. is the founding pastor of Faith Church, a Kingdom Now Church, located in three cities: Montgomery, Selma, and Clanton, Alabama. He was ordained in 1991 and began his pastoral journey later that year at the age of 19. Hungry for an even deeper understanding of the Word of God, he enrolled in Selma University’s esteemed theological program in Selma, Alabama where he later earned a Bachelor's degree in Theology.

His pastoring, preaching, and teaching quickly gained a growing following and in 1992, he founded Faith Full Gospel Baptist Church and joined the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship. His commitment to the work of the Lord and outstanding leadership was recognized and he was consecrated as a Bishop in the Lord’s Church on June 24, 2008, by the presiding Bishop, Paul S. Morton, Sr., and appointed as State Bishop of Alabama where he oversaw more than a dozen churches statewide. Bishop Hardy faithfully served under Bishop Morton’s leadership for 21 years.

In 2013, Bishop Hardy joined his Spiritual Father, Bishop Neil C. Ellis, Founding Presiding Bishop, in the formation of the Global United Fellowship (GUF), where he continues to serve as Bishop Ellis' Executive Assistant. Bishop Hardy was honored with the inaugural Founding Bishop’s Award by Bishop Neil C. Ellis at the Global United Fellowship, International Conference in 2024.

Bishop Hardy is also an accomplished author and publisher, contributing to the Christian literary field with his works. As a musician, he is a recording artist and a member of the Men of God group, showcasing his talents in gospel music.

In addition to his pastoral and musical accomplishments, Bishop Hardy is the presiding Bishop of the Kingdom Now Movement, a fellowship that bridges the gap between the Church, marketplace, and government.  Bishop Hardy’s success in the private sector as a businessman has gained him numerous awards for his entrepreneurial achievements. He is highly sought by both corporations and churches to train leadership on “Mindset”. His journey continues to impact lives through his ministry, leadership, and service in the Body of Christ.
